When you think of events there are a range of common sights that come into mind- attendees working away on their laptops, taking calls in corridors and having stand up meetings, well, not anymore! We’ve taken part in a range of events over the last few months, supplying our Meeting Pods, making those moments when a quick email needs to be sent, or a conference call is scheduled to be far more comfortable. The response our Meeting Pods have received has been overwhelming, and the Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show was no different.
We were approached by Peachy Productions, a leading UK event management company, to supply our Meeting Pods for the use of their attendees in the VIP trade lounge, an offer we certainly weren’t going to pass up in a hurry. After an early morning boat ride and a long drive to the NEC, we had finally arrived and were ready to install. Anyone who has ever worked at an event before will know, the set up days are manic! People are scattered everywhere and its often hard to visualise how, in a matter of mere hours, the venue is going to be transformed. However it was and it looked incredible, our Pods we’re just an added bonus.
The feedback from other exhibitors, attendees and even security guards was tremendous, and make what we do even better.
